Exclusive masterclass with Japanese Michelin-starred chef Koji Kimura
Michelin-starred chef Koji Kimura was received by Ambassador of Monaco to Japan at the Monaco Yacht Club for a convivial exchange with other Monaco chefs. The chef attended the Monaco Yacht Show for the first time and gave an exclusive masterclass. It was a unique opportunity to discover the expertise of one of the world's greatest culinary artists at a major international event. Chef Kimura is renowned for his innovative approach to traditional Japanese cuisine and his particular expertise in aging fish.
