A delegation from the Hokuto Bunka Academy visits Monaco
A delegation from the Hokuto Bunka Academy travelled to Monaco to meet Mrs Isabelle Bonnal, General Commissioner of Monaco's National Education Department. The aim of the meeting was to propose a partnership between the Government of Monaco and the Hokuto Bunka Academy. The Hokuto Bunka academy, located in Muroran (Japan), offers training courses in health, teaching and cookery at BTS or Bachelor's level.
