Reception organised in honour of the birthday of His Majesty the Emperor of Japan

H.E. Mr Makita SHIMOKAWA, Ambassador of Japan to France and Monaco, hosted a reception in Monaco in honour of the birthday of His Majesty the Emperor of Japan. On this occasion, a Japanese honorary distinction was awarded to Mr Patrick Médecin, former Ambassador of Monaco to Japan.
