Mr. Kosuke NORIMOTO, First Secretary in charge of Educational, Sports and Cultural Affairs at the Japanese Embassy in France and Monaco, met Mrs Isabelle BONNAL, Commissioner General in charge of the National Education, Youth and Sports Department and H.E. Mr Didier GAMERDINGER to discuss the awarding of scholarships in Japan for high-level students and university exchanges for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
